1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with GitHub, we collect your GitHub username, email address, and avatar URL. When you use the managed services, we collect usage metrics, jail configurations (metadata only), and image registry activity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, manage your account and subscription, display usage analytics in your dashboard, and communicate with you about your account or service updates.

3. Open Source Usage

The open-source Lochs CLI and BSDulator engine do not collect any telemetry or personal data. They run entirely on your local machine. This privacy policy applies only to the lochs.dev website and managed services.

4. Data Storage

All data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS and at rest where applicable. Image registry data is stored in Cloudflare R2. Account data is stored in Cloudflare D1.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with Stripe for payment processing and with Cloudflare as our infrastructure provider. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

7. Your Rights

You can delete your images and data at any time from the dashboard. To delete your account entirely, contact privacy@lochs.dev.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
